Your advisors already use AI. Make it something your compliance officer can sign off on.
Gecko Services & Solutions helps small RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and insurance agencies turn scattered personal ChatGPT use into a supervised, documented practice. Your team learns the five things worth doing every day. Your policies match what people do. Your records show it.
Your deal team already uses AI. Turn it into a firm process instead of a personal habit.
Gecko Services & Solutions helps lower-middle-market PE and private credit firms put AI to work on CIM review, IC memos, LP reporting, and portfolio operations, with the guardrails your LPs and your counsel expect. Built for firms too small to hire an AI operating partner.
Your office already uses AI. Make it something your whole crew can count on.
Gecko Services & Solutions helps plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, and property services companies with 10 to 50 people teach the office and the field to use AI for the everyday work: quotes, follow-up, scheduling, and the paperwork that eats your evenings. One tool, one problem, ninety days, no wasted subscriptions.
First call is free. Engagements start at $7,500 for 90 days.
Teach the team. Set the guardrails. Keep the records.
Most firms don't have a tool problem. They have people using AI alone, in the dark, with nothing written down. We fix that in the order an examiner would ask about it.

Most shops don't have a tool problem. They have one person in the office who figured out ChatGPT and nobody else who knows what she does. We turn that into something the whole company runs on.

- One approved tool, subscriptions cancelled
Hours you can measure
We time the work before and after so you know what came back. Then the next workflow gets picked from the numbers.

You bring the one problem that costs you the most time. We pick one tool, teach the skills around it, and prove it on that problem before anything else gets touched.

What LPs and counsel now ask about, and what we put in place
What keeps AI from costing you a customer, and what we put in place
The SEC and FINRA didn't write a new AI rule. They're testing the old ones against AI: supervision, books and records, privacy, and marketing claims. Each item below maps to one of those.
A wrong price in an AI-drafted quote, a customer's address in a public chatbot, or a review reply that sounds like a robot. Each of those is one bad day. Each item below closes one of them.
DDQs now carry AI questions. Fundraising decks get read for AI-washing. Deal data in a public chatbot is a headline waiting to happen. Each item below closes one of those gaps.
Short, specific, and matched to the tools you actually allow.
Written into the workflow for anything client-facing or investor-facing.
A simple monthly spot-check so you can say you validate, and show it.
One-page review per tool: data handling, training use, retention, contract terms.
Prompts, outputs, and approvals kept where your existing records live.
Who was trained on what, when, with sign-off. Refreshed annually.
Client PII and deal data stay inside your tenant. Public chatbots get blocked or fenced.
Marketing and fundraising language about AI checked against what you can prove.
We work alongside your compliance consultant or outside counsel. They own the legal opinion. We make it real inside the tenant and the team.

A quick fit check
This works when:
- The owner or partners will show up to the sessions
- You want AI use to be supervised and documented, not banned or ignored
- You'd rather change one workflow well than buy another platform
It's probably not a fit if you want a one-hour lunch-and-learn, or an outside firm to run AI for you indefinitely. Book the call anyway. We'll tell you who does that well.
Twenty-five years running IT for small firms. Two years running a company on AI.
"I've spent my career as the outside IT lead for small businesses, with admin rights to their Microsoft tenants and a seat at the table when something goes wrong. In 2023 my wife and I started a nationwide services company and ran it on AI from day one, six people doing the work of twenty. I learned what to lock down, what to train, and what to stop paying for. That's what I bring to your firm."

Questions owners and partners ask on the first call
Our compliance consultant already gave us an AI policy. Why do we need this?
Most firms have the policy. Fewer than half have the review steps, and about a third test outputs. The policy is the easy part. We make the day-to-day match it and produce the records that prove it.
Which tools do you push?
None. We work with what your custodian, BD, or IT provider already approves: Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or a compliant notetaker. If your firm has no approved tool yet, we help you pick one and document why.
We're a small team. Isn't this overkill?
A firm with three to ten investment professionals can't justify an AI operating partner. That's the gap. Ninety days gives you a working process, a policy you can attach to a DDQ, and a playbook you can run again in a portfolio company.
Can you work inside our portfolio companies too?
Yes. The same 90-day structure runs inside a portco, starting in finance or operations. Most firms pilot it in one company, then decide whether to roll it out.
We're a 15-person shop. Is this too much?
Ninety days and one workflow is about right for that size. Most of the payoff in a trades company is in the office: quotes, follow-up, and scheduling. Get that running and the field side gets easier on its own.
Do we have to switch off Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan?
No. We work inside what you have. If your current setup is the real problem, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar with us.
What do you need from us?
Owner or partner attendance at the sessions, one internal champion, and access to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace admin (or your IT provider's cooperation). Everything else we bring.
Is our data safe with you?
Your data stays in your accounts. We don't take copies. Every tool we recommend is reviewed for training use, retention, and data residency, and that review goes in your vendor file.
What happens after 90 days?
You'll have a working workflow, a playbook, and a report. Many firms keep us on for a monthly check-in and the next workflow. Some run the playbook themselves. Either is a good outcome.
